Open E-Board Position
American University's Latino and American Student Organization is seeking a new Secretary for the Spring of 2016! As a member of the E-Board the Secretary holds many imperative duties to the success of the organization.
The Secretary is responsible for all electronic correspondence and forwarding information to the President, Vice President and other E-Board members, as needed. The Secretary is responsible for placing room requests using the 25 Live site when the Vice President cannot and updating members on room reservation statuses. Lastly, the Secretary is Responsible for making sure that the Executive Board is up-to-date with correspondence, either electronically or vis-à-vis and taking notes at all general body and executive meetings.
